Elm Gables is a two minute walk from the ‘Tuck Shop’ this is our village shop which is well stocked, including a good selection of wine, they are open every day and have the daily papers. There are various nick-nack shops around Walberswick especially around the green. There are two pubs in the village the ‘Anchor’ and the ‘Bell’, both about a five minute walk, they provide good food and a well served pint of our local brew ‘Adnams’ the Anchor has a very good wine list. Black Dog Deli has the best coffee in the village and it you add a bacon butty... that's breakfast sorted! The beach is a little further on as are the harbour and foot ferry to Southwold.
